Creating an Order
|Processing an order:
Browse the web site and just click the "Add to Cart" button for each item you wish to order. You can review and make any changes prior to proceeding to the checkout screen. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, click on the "Remove" button located to the far right of the item in the shopping cart. If you wish to make quantity changes, just select the quantity already listed and key in the desired quantity, then click the "Update QTY" button near the lower right of the shopping cart.

Once you have made all the changes to your shopping cart, click on the "CheckOut" button located at the bottom right of the shiopping cart. The system will take you to a new page, the Customer Login page. This login page will be the starting point for creating an account within our site. This account is what will give you access to check order status, tracking information, past orders, and customer rewards earned. Returning customers can just login using their email address and the password they used when creating their account. New users are directed to the lower section to create an account.

Once you have logged into the system, the system will now be looking for your billing and shipping information. Returning users will have this information already entered, and new users will be required to enter this. Once this information is in place, any future visits will eliminate the need of retyping in all of this information, unless you have changes to make. This information is stored so the process can be simplified for any future visits. Also at this step, if you have a customer rewards discount level, it will be displayed. There will be a check box next to the rewards amount where you can select to use your rewards towards this purchase. If you select to use your rewards amount, then you will receive a discount equal to the rewards amount available upon the final steps of completeing the order.
Military shipping addresses must check the APO/FPO under the shipping Information to be properly handled in the rest of the checkout process. Failure to do so will possibly delay and or cancel the processing of your order.

The next step is the shipping selection page. This page will give the the diffrerent choices we have available for the products you have selected. Some items are too bulky and require what is called, LTL shipping. LTL, also known as "Less than Truckload", is shipping via common carrier tractor trailer truck. Other items are drop ship items, these items do not have a choice for shipping, as our suppliers have restrictions in place on their ordering and shipping processes. The available options are displayed within this page, along with an estimated price for the shipping charges. Not only are shipping options shown here, but we also offer the opportunity to pick up the item(s) at our facility. Once you make your selection here, you can proceed to the next step of the ordering process.

This next page is the final review page. This will list out the full order, shipping, and billing information. Please review this page carefully, should you find any possible errors, click the "Edit" button in the lower left. If there are no errors and you wish to finalize the order, click the "Submit" button.

Now this next page is the order confirmation page. This page will give you your order number and offers the ability to print a version of this order for your records. If you wish to go back to our site, you can click the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page.

This completes the ordering process from shopping cart to completed order.
